Same Time Next Tuesday follows Joe, a sleazy mechanic in the process of working out his issues and becoming a better man, recounting an incident that shakes up his life to his therapist, Horacio.
The story jumps back and forth between discussions in Horacio's office, which examine and develop Joe and his hangups, and flashbacks that showcase Joe's recounting of events, occasionally interrupted by the pair to give commentary as literal talking heads.
The office scenes use a blend of 2D character sprites and a 3D-rendered background, with camera movement and sprite animations adding visual interest, while the flashback scenes are seen in first person from Joe's point of view, with plenty of stylistic flair to sell the motion comic look.
Same Time Next Tuesday is split in three therapy sessions, with Joe updating Horacio on the events as they play out, plus a 10-15 minute long excerpt from one of Joe's sessions before the start of the story (dubbed session 0), which establishes Joe's goals in therapy and recaps events of the previous comics to put newcomers up to speed.

Same Time Next Tuesday is a spin-off of the comic Boomer's Big Date and its sequels, which you can read by clicking on the comics below (arranged in chronological order). I recommend doing so before reading STNT (although sesion 0 acts as a serviceable introduction).

Install instructions
A separate Chinese version of 0.1.0 is available for PC, make sure you checked what file you picked. This translation (and potentially more) will be integrated into the main release in the future, in order to avoid having to repeat the work in case of changes to the script or user interface.

Very nicely done so far. For just a prologue it was engaging and as some who enjoys your comics and stories it was a nice refresh of the past that lead to this point as well as the newer things that were brought up!
I'm a simp for character development so a therapist office already has me eager for more. I look forward to seeing what more you do with the story and helping this poor pig out!

The game has been out for only an hour and I really enjoy this first build!
I remember reading all of the comics a few years back, and the summary of events from a different pov made them feel refreshing. I really enjoy the animations and 3D perspective, which I know must've taken a lot of work to write script for and you hard work stand out among the other vns I've read so far! Can't wait for the next release
